Rebecca Henley

Rebecca Henley is the Director of Operations for On-Demand Leadership. As a business partner and co-founder of the company, she has worked alongside Geoff and Cindi since the beginning. Her keen insights into what people want have helped shape ODL ever since. As ODL’s behind-the-scenes wizard, she has a hand in every aspect of the company, keeping our clients, consultants, and projects on track and overseeing the production of the Management Muse podcast. Rebecca is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with an economics degree. She lives with her family — and a cat who loves to walk across her laptop keyboard — in the DFW Metroplex.
