The TFCA/On-Demand Leadership Accountability Workshop will focus on essential feedback and communication strategies that provide leaders with the tools they need to consistently and effectively give negative feedback and effectively tackle difficult conversations.

The fact is that your leaders don’t want their shift, their stations, or their departments to suffer from accountability issues. The good news is that it doesn’t take much to begin making significant improvements in your organization’s ability to deliver timely negative feedback and to tackle difficult conversations effectively. Increasing the flow of essential feedback messages and improving your leaders’ ability to convene difficult conversations will do more than any other initiative to reduce accountability issues in your department. Invest in training for your leaders that can provide lasting benefits for your leaders and for your fire department.

Dr. Geoffrey Tumlin of On-Demand Leadership will lead the workshop and provide fire service officers and supervisors with a set of smart, functional performance feedback tools to improve accountability in fire departments.

Testimonials from Texas Fire Chiefs

“Don’t pass up the opportunity to send your people to Geoffrey Tumlin’s TFCA workshops. The sessions are so important and insightful that not only have we sent people to every single class, but we also decided to import the workshops to Midland for all our shifts. I recommend these workshops wholeheartedly!”

– Robert Isbell, Midland Fire Chief

“Geoffrey Tumlin is a friend of the fire service. He talks about new and important ideas in ways that fire fighters quickly understand, and his ideas make enormous positive differences in fire departments. I’m one of many chiefs who turn to Geoffrey for keen insights, second opinions, and trusted advice.”
– Neil Howard, Rowlett Fire Chief
