Come to the Motivating Others workshop and learn how to fix a wide variety of energy-draining issues in your fire department.

Learning objectives of the Motivating Others workshop

  • Learn essential techniques for motivating people with very different reasons for being unmotivated.
  • Distinguish temporary motivation deficits from more permanent–and more problematic–unmotivated states.
  • Address motivation issues that have proven elusive in the past by linking individual behaviors to individual motivation triggers.
  • Learn new ways to motivate the people you work with and the people who work for you.

Testimonials from Texas Fire Chiefs

“Don’t pass up the opportunity to send your people to Geoffrey Tumlin’s TFCA workshops. The sessions are so important and insightful that not only have we sent people to every single class, but we also decided to import the workshops for all our shifts. I recommend these workshops wholeheartedly!”
– Robert Isbell, Round Rock Fire Chief
